Tax Filing
AccuPay will assume responsibility for paying all federal, state and local taxes. All quarterly and annual tax returns will be reconciled and filed automatically. We assume all liability for timely deposits and returns.

Electronic New Hire Reporting relieves you of the necessity of remembering to report your new hires to the proper authorities

The Act of 1996 requires employers to report their new employees, rehires, or recalls to the state new hire registry.

AccuPay offers this service to you for a small fee. We can help you stay compliant with the PA State Laws.

Exact Pay or (pay as u go) Workman's comp is brought to you by the Hartford Corporation. It eliminates large deposits and annual audits because the program works with your current budget and is based on ACTUAL payroll rather than on a projected payroll. HR Answerlink is the solution to your human resource needs. This service will enable you to obtain Human Resource Information and will constantly update you in regard to the ever changing laws pertaining to your employees. HR Answerlink helps with employee handbooks, obtaining posters, job descriptions and much more.

You can also upgrade to the HR On-Demand service which gives you access to one of their HR professionals for assistance in customizing employee handbooks, job descriptions, HR related forms and letters. You may also submit confidential questions and receive a personal response within a single business day.

Employee Self Serve

This is a very Valuable feature of convenience for your employees. It empowers the employee to be able to view pay history, print check stubs, review their demographics, and even print W-2 or 1099's. Employee Self Serve is very user friendly and always available. In order to access information employees must have a valid email address.

Storeroom
Store Room is the collection of all your payroll history, from the current year, copied onto a CD for your convenience. This CD can be purchased  yearly. It greatly reduces the storage of bulky reports and W-2's. Should you need a copy of a W-2 or payroll report, it is right at your fingertips. 
It is a valuable asset and a truly convenient way to store all important payroll information.
